Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Video Command website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
The Video Command provides professional video production services including but not limited to corporate videos, commercials, event coverage, and animation services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final video content as specified in the project agreement. The Video Command retains the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and resources allocated.
Limitation of Liability
The Video Command liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
